This is a master copy/color study of William Adolphe-Bouguereau--who is without question one of the greatest painters to have lived and an absolute master. This is my first endeavor in what will be a lifelong study into his methods and techniques.

Painting is done on a primed canvas panel, the panel has been inset and matted to allow it to be framed.
